Virtual Speech Therapy in DE

Provide specialized speech-language pathology services through teletherapy for K-12 students with severe disabilities in a full-time contract role. This opportunity supports a maternity leave assignment, focusing on delivering therapy, conducting IEP writing, and maintaining data collection for progress monitoring.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering speech-language therapy for a caseload of approximately 35 students with severe disabilities
- Writing and updating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with applicable regulations
- Collecting and documenting data to monitor student progress effectively
- Collaborating with educational staff to coordinate service delivery through teletherapy
Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) credentialed to practice in Delaware
- Experience working with K-12 students, with a strong background in severe disabilities preferred
- Proficient in teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery techniques
- Skilled in IEP development and progress monitoring documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage a complex caseload remotely
Assignment Details:
- Contract duration through December 21, 2025
- Full-time schedule, 37.5 hours per week
- Remote teletherapy services based out of Wyoming, Delaware
This is a teletherapy position offering the chance to make a significant impact in a specialized educational environment. Interviews will be conducted via Zoom to accommodate candidates from various locations.
