We’re currently hiring a Virtual SLP to support K–12 students across Washington for the 2025–2026 school year. This fully remote position is perfect for clinicians who thrive in a flexible, collaborative, and student-centered virtual environment.
What You’ll Do:

Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in a virtual setting

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments aligned with IEP goals

Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Collaborate with families, educators, and school teams to support student progress

Attend virtual IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation

Utilize digital platforms and teletherapy tools to provide interactive, effective therapy sessions
What You’ll Need:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Washington SLP license – REQUIRED
-
Current Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) certification – REQUIRED

Minimum of 1 year of virtual therapy experience – REQUIRED

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) – preferred

Comfortable using online therapy tools and platforms

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
