We’re currently hiring a Virtual SLP to support K–12 students across Washington for the 2025–2026 school year. This fully remote position is perfect for clinicians who thrive in a flexible, collaborative, and student-centered virtual environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in a virtual setting

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments aligned with IEP goals

  • Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and school teams to support student progress

  • Attend virtual IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation

  • Utilize digital platforms and teletherapy tools to provide interactive, effective therapy sessions

What You’ll Need:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Washington SLP licenseREQUIRED

  • Current Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) certificationREQUIRED

  • Minimum of 1 year of virtual therapy experienceREQUIRED

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) – preferred

  • Comfortable using online therapy tools and platforms

  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

  • A distraction-free home office setup with stable, high-speed internet
