Location: Remote (Must be licensed in the state you live and the state of Washington)
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and tech savvy Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team remotely. As a fully remote position, this is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality therapy services from the comfort of your home. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice in Washington and have a passion for helping students improve their communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services remotely to students (K-12).
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and student needs.
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques and strategies to improve speech, language, and communication skills.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, caregivers, and school staff, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers to reinforce therapeutic goals.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Washington State.
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Experience in providing therapy services in a remote or teletherapy environment is preferred, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of speech-language disorders and treatment techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and the necessary technology to conduct virtual therapy sessions.
Compensation:
