Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in Arizona
We are in search of a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist who is fluent in both English and Spanish. This position focuses on providing equitable services to multilingual learners within a K-12 population. You’ll be responsible for conducting bilingual assessments, tailoring therapy sessions to meet language and cultural needs, and collaborating with families and school staff. Strong cultural competence and teletherapy experience are highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Arizona SLP license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

This part-time virtual SLP position is ideal for someone looking to supplement their current workload. You will provide speech and language services to a small caseload of students via a secure telehealth platform. Flexibility, reliability, and clear communication are key in this role. You'll complete documentation and collaborate with special education staff to ensure compliance with IEPs and state guidelines.
