Virtual SLP in CA
Provide speech-language pathology services through teletherapy for a middle school caseload in Northern California. This contract opportunity supports a backfill position covering an existing caseload and requires completion of district-specific fingerprinting and valid California teaching credentials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver both direct and indirect speech-language pathology services to middle school students, focusing on individualized teletherapy interventions.
- Collaborate with a full-time SLPA already under supervision and a part-time speech-language pathologist to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Maintain compliance with all district and state regulations, including fingerprinting requirements and credential verification.
- Provide detailed documentation and progress reports in line with district policies.
Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential (CTC).
- Current California residency and completion of district fingerprinting.
- Experience providing teletherapy or telespeech services, particularly with school-aged children.
- Ability to work effectively with middle school students and adapt strategies to meet diverse communication needs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for managing caseload documentation and coordination.
Location:
- Remote services provided to middle school students residing in Northern California; candidate must reside within California to meet fingerprinting requirements.
Contract Details:
- Part-time position, approximately 3 days per week.
- Available for the current school year, with a contract timeframe from as soon as possible through June 12, 2026.
