Job Overview: VocoVision is seeking a talented and passionate Online Speech-Language Pathologist in California into join our team. As a school-based SLP, you will provide services remotely to students in various schools across the United States. This is a 1099 contract position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose and determine appropriate therapy plans for students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and caregivers to create effective therapy goals and monitor progress.
- Attend virtual meetings and consultations with school teams and other professionals involved in the students' care.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid California SLP-CCC licensure
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with school staff, parents, and students.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, private work environment.
- Computer/laptop with updated software and hardware to support online therapy sessions.
- Availability during standard school hours (Monday to Friday).
- Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based services to students.
