Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored therapy sessions to meet each student’s specific needs.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; design and implement customized IEPs.
- Deliver direct therapy services, monitor student progress, and adapt treatment strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication goals.
- Perform screenings, document findings, and actively engage in team meetings for comprehensive planning.
- Advocate for students’ needs, provide staff training, and pursue continuous professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- California SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
