Teletherapy Speech Therapy in School Setting - Minnesota

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide telespeech services in an elementary school setting. This position requires delivering specialized speech-language therapy to support students’ communication needs. The role is part-time, with approximately 20 hours per week scheduled via Castle Voco.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting teletherapy sessions to assess and treat speech and language disorders in elementary-aged students
- Collaborating with educators and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) that align with student goals
- Maintaining accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Utilizing professional judgment to adjust therapy approaches to meet diverse communication needs
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience providing telespeech therapy services in school settings
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and effective intervention strategies
- Ability to engage young learners through virtual platforms and maintain their attention
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
