Job Summary:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech?Language Pathologist to provide teletherapy services to K?12 students within Saint Paul, MN. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, fluency, voice, and related disorders virtually; develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs); collaborate with school staff, parents, and families; and maintain detailed documentation of all services.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver virtual therapy sessions to students with mild to moderate speech/language needs

Conduct evaluations and assessments as needed
-
Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and progress reports

Participate in IEP meetings, working with teachers, parents, and related professionals

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, student progress, attendance, etc.

Utilize and adapt teletherapy platforms and digital tools provided by Sunbelt Staffing
Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech?Language Pathology
-
Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
-
Minimum 2 years school?based experience preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants may be considered

Comfortable with telepractice (teletherapy platforms, virtual assessments, digital documentation)

Reliable high?speed internet, webcam, quiet workspace
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
