An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in virtual service delivery to support elementary students in a school-based setting. This full-time contract role involves providing teletherapy services to a caseload of approximately 40 students, focusing on speech and language development through remote sessions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations via teletherapy platforms
- Delivering individualized virtual therapy sessions tailored to students’ needs
- Participating actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to plan and review goals
- Maintaining thorough documentation of student progress and compliance with educational standards
- Collaborating remotely with educators, families, and related service providers to support student success
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathology license and GAPSC certification
- Prior experience in school-based speech-language pathology roles, preferably with K–12 caseloads
- Proficiency in delivering virtual speech therapy using recognized teletherapy platforms
- Strong skills in evaluation, IEP development, and documentation compliance
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace for confidential virtual sessions
This position is based remotely, serving students in the Camden County, Georgia area, and requires flexibility to work approximately 30 hours per week. The contract begins as soon as possible and extends through the end of the current school year, with potential for renewal.
