Virtual School-Based Speech Therapy - Georgia
A fully virtual school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide teletherapy services to elementary students located in Georgia. This role focuses on delivering speech and language support through virtual platforms, serving a mid-40s caseload in an elementary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations remotely
- Implement individualized teletherapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with educators and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Support students across K-12 with a focus on elementary education
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Georgia SLP license and Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GAPSC) certification required
- Proven experience working as an SLP in school-based settings
- Demonstrated ability to deliver effective teletherapy services
- Skilled in conducting evaluations and participating in IEP development
- Strong organizational and documentation skills to ensure compliance and progress tracking
Location: Fully remote, serving students within Georgia
Contract Duration: Current School Year (CSY) with potential for renewal
Hours: Full-time, approximately 30 hours per week
