A contract position is available to provide specialized speech-language pathology services through teletherapy for middle and high school students. This role focuses primarily on delivering remote speech-language interventions and assessments in a school setting.
Location: Danville, IL
Duration: Contract through 5/27/2025
Work Hours: Approximately 35 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Deliver teletherapy speech-language services to 7th and 8th-grade students within a middle school environment.
- Support speech-language needs for students in grades 9-12 as well as those in a Pre-K through 5th-grade school.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans according to established educational goals.
- Collaborate remotely with educators and other school-based professionals to promote effective communication skills.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, student progress, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) required.
- Experience delivering speech-language services via teletherapy in educational settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with students, families, and school staff remotely.
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and adapt services to diverse student needs.
