Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois
As a Virtual Speech Language Pathologist, you’ll have the opportunity to create engaging, effective therapy sessions that help students overcome speech and language challenges. You’ll collaborate with teachers and families to provide comprehensive support, all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Current Illinois licensure and teaching certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
