School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Remote, Virginia
About the Role
We’re seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual therapy services to K–12 students in Virginia. You’ll support students with speech, language, and communication needs, helping them reach their IEP goals and succeed in school. This role involves close collaboration with educators, parents, and other specialists to deliver effective services in an online environment.
What You’ll Do

Provide virtual speech and language therapy based on student IEP goals.

Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify communication needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

Partner with teachers, parents, and school teams to integrate communication strategies into classroom activities.

Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and required reports.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility and goal planning.
What You’ll Need

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active Virginia SLP license (ASHA CCCs preferred, if required by the district).

Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a K–12 setting.

Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to deliver engaging services using virtual platforms.
