Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Fully Remote, Virginia
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech and language services to students across Virginia. This role offers the flexibility to work from home while delivering high-quality, individualized therapy and assessments to support student communication and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual speech and language evaluations and screenings.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy sessions via telepractice.

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual or group settings.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, evaluation reports, and compliance records.

Participate in IEP meetings and other school-related meetings remotely.
Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Hold or be eligible for a Virginia Speech-Language Pathology license.

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome to apply.

Experience or comfort with telepractice platforms and technology.

Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Reliable internet connection and private workspace suitable for remote therapy.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings.

Familiarity with virtual therapy tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, specialized telepractice software).
