Qualifications:
- Have active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in Wisconsin.
- Have Masters/Doctorate Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Any other state requirements (if applicable)
- Must Be ASHA certified (SLP-CCC)
