Position Description:
We're on the lookout for a highly motivated and empathetic Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina. As a Teletherapy School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide vital online speech and language therapy services to K-12 students. This 1099 contract position offers flexibility and the chance to work with a diverse student population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to pinpoint students' speech and language needs.
- Create and implement tailored therapy plans to address communication disorders.
- Deliver virtual therapy sessions to students using our intuitive teletherapy platform.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure student success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Attend essential virtual meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Hold state licensure in North Carolina as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Maintain ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP).
- Previous experience working in a school setting is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Ensure a reliable internet connection and a computer equipped with video conferencing capabilities.
