About the Role:
A Virginia school district is seeking a full-time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide coverage for emergency medical leave. The SLP will support a caseload of 60 students in grades Pre-K through 5, delivering virtual therapy services and collaborating closely with teachers, families, and school staff.
Responsibilities:

Provide virtual speech-language therapy to Pre-K through 5th-grade students.

Conduct evaluations and develop IEP goals tailored to individual student needs.

Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings as required.

Collaborate with teachers, paras, and other service providers to support student progress.

Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active Virginia SLP license.

ASHA CCC-SLP strongly preferred.

Experience in school-based or virtual therapy settings preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
