SLP Remote in VA
A contract opportunity is available for a Spanish-speaking Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in teletherapy services within a K-12 virtual school setting in the Virginia Beach area. This role focuses on providing SLP support through telepractice for students within the Hampton, VA region, emphasizing bilingual service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Spanish-language speech and language evaluations and therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms.
- Serve students across the full K-12 grade range with targeted speech-language support.
- Manage a caseload that includes approximately two to three evaluations weekly on an as-needed, part-time basis.
- Collaborate virtually with district staff to ensure compliance with Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and related documentation.
- Maintain licensure requirements and adhere to district policies for service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the Commonwealth of Virginia is required.
- Fluency in Spanish and experience working with bilingual populations is essential.
- Previous experience providing teletherapy or telespeech services preferred.
- Ability to manage part-time, flexible scheduling as needed for evaluation assignments.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with virtual therapy technology.

- Duration: Contract through June 16, 2026, with immediate start preferred.
- Hours: Part-time on a per-demand basis (PRN).
