About the Position:
Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide remote therapy services to K–12 students across Oregon during the 2025–2026 school year. This fully remote position gives you the flexibility to work from home while continuing to make a meaningful difference in Oregon's diverse school communities. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, depending on your availability and preferences.
What You’ll Do:

Deliver virtual speech-language therapy to students in a school-based setting

Conduct assessments, develop and monitor IEP goals, and provide engaging therapy sessions

Collaborate with educators, families, and special education teams to support student growth

Maintain accurate documentation and follow state/district compliance guidelines
What You’ll Need:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Current Oregon SLP license through the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology (BSPA)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school-based or pediatric setting

Reliable internet connection and computer that meets tech requirements (you’ll complete a brief tech screening)

Must be comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor
