Full-Time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist ME
VocoVision is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide full-time virtual services to K–12 students across Maine. This position is ideal for a clinician who values working independently while still collaborating closely with school teams, families, and administrators. You’ll provide high-quality assessments, direct therapy, and consultation through VocoVision’s fully equipped teletherapy platform, giving you the ability to support students from the comfort of your home office.
The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, clinical confidence, and experience supporting a variety of communication needs such as expressive/receptive language delays, articulation disorders, fluency challenges, and pragmatic/social language differences. You will play an essential role in helping students access curriculum, build confidence, and improve participation in the classroom.
Responsibilities

Provide virtual direct therapy aligned with individual student IEP goals.

Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and write evaluation reports.

Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress updates.

Maintain documentation including regular session notes, progress data, and service logs.

Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and caregivers through ongoing communication.

Utilize digital tools, visuals, and interactive activities to enhance student engagement.

Adapt therapy strategies to meet the needs of diverse K–12 learners.
Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active Maine SLP license required.

ASHA CCC-SLP strongly preferred.

Prior school-based experience recommended.

Reliable technology setup including computer, webcam, and secure internet.

Strong ability to work independently and manage a virtual caseload.
