A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech and teletherapy services, working within a school setting in Pontiac, Michigan. This role supports elementary and middle school students, with occasional initial evaluations for younger children across K-12 grade levels.

Responsibilities include delivering speech therapy through telepractice, conducting assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans to address students’ communication needs. The position offers the flexibility to design a work schedule aligned with the school day.

Qualifications and experience sought:

  • Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Proficiency in teletherapy methods for speech-language services in school environments
  • Experience working with children in elementary through high school
  • Ability to perform initial speech and language evaluations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Details:

  • Location: Pontiac, MI
  • Contract duration: ASAP through June 12, 2026, with extended summer (ESY) and regular school year (NSY) renewals highly possible
  • Two positions available, equivalent to 1.5 full-time roles
  • Approximately 35 hours per week
  • Schedule flexibility to accommodate school hours
