Start Date: August, 2025

About the Role

At our core, we believe in connection over compliance—where every child’s voice is valued and their potential is limitless. As a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist, you will do more than deliver therapy; you will help students build the essential communication skills that foster confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

In this role, you’ll work within a collaborative and supportive virtual environment designed to ensure every student feels seen, heard, and empowered. We embrace evidence-based practices grounded in the sciences of language development and cognitive growth, while making therapy sessions engaging, interactive, and tailored to each learner’s unique strengths and goals.

Our work is centered on inclusion, equity, and the belief that all students deserve access to high-quality speech and language services. By joining our team, you become part of a mission-driven community committed to creating opportunities for growth—not only for the students we serve but for the professionals who support them.

If you are passionate about helping students find their voice and thrive academically and socially—while enjoying the flexibility of remote work—this is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.

  • Develop and Implement IEPs: Create personalized goals and intervention plans based on each student’s strengths and needs, in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

  • Collaborate for Student Success: Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to student growth.

  • Document and Report Progress: Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and updates for IEP meetings and compliance requirements.

  • Participate in Virtual IEP Meetings: Share professional insights and contribute strategies to help students achieve their communication goals.

  • Engage with Technology: Utilize secure teletherapy platforms and digital resources to deliver interactive, effective therapy experiences.
