Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech-language evaluations and therapy sessions via teletherapy platforms for students with varying communication needs
- Managing a caseload of PreK-8th grade students, focusing on individualized treatment plans
- Serving as the MET Representative for students undergoing evaluation or those who require planning for upcoming assessments
- Collaborating with educators and families to track progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with state and local guidelines
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Valid Arizona license or certification for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience providing virtual speech therapy services, ideally within school settings
- Ability to engage and motivate students across a broad elementary grade range via telepractice
- Knowledge of assessment procedures and eligibility criteria for special education services
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with teletherapy technologies
