Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in Arizona
Our online school is seeking a Special Education Teacher who can provide compassionate instruction and consistent support to students with diverse abilities. You’ll tailor learning activities, track progress, and ensure IEP goals are met. This remote role allows you to help students succeed from anywhere.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Current Arizona teaching certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours (dependent on contractor experience/district budget)
