Contract Term: ASAP through May 29, 2026
Hours: Full time, 35–37.5 hours weekly
Typical student service window: 7:30/8:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Caseload: Roughly 50 students
Role Summary
This remote position delivers speech and language support to students across multiple school locations using a virtual service model. The clinician will oversee a steady caseload, provide high?quality online intervention, and maintain ongoing communication with school personnel. Success in this role requires strong time management, clear documentation practices, and confidence working independently in a digital environment.
Key Duties
• Provide virtual therapy aligned with each student’s IEP
• Complete speech and language assessments and re?evaluations in an online format
• Manage IEP timelines and case management responsibilities
• Participate in IEP meetings via video conferencing
• Offer remote supervision to SLPAs when assigned
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Submit Medicaid billing as required
• Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers through digital communication
• Promote skill generalization across school settings
Required Background
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active or eligible state SLP license
• School-based or teletherapy experience is beneficial
• Reliable technology setup appropriate for virtual service delivery
Contract Details
This position is structured as a 1099 independent contractor role.
