Now Hiring - Remote Speech Language Pathologist - Minnesota
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality teletherapy services to students across a small Minnesota school district. The ideal candidate will be a skilled, independent clinician with experience in school-based therapy, capable of managing a caseload of 40–60 students ranging from early childhood through elementary or middle school (dependent on district needs). This is a fully remote position, offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a real difference in a close-knit school community.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver virtual speech and language therapy to students via a secure teletherapy platform.

Complete evaluations, re-evaluations, screenings, and assessments in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

Develop and maintain IEPs, therapy plans, progress reports, and Medicaid billing documentation (if applicable).

Collaborate regularly with on-site school staff, special education teams, and parents/guardians through virtual meetings and communication.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals aligned with student needs and academic benchmarks.

Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Valid Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required

Minimum of 2 years of school-based SLP experience preferred

Previous teletherapy experience a plus, but not required

Strong time-management, communication, and documentation skills

Tech-savvy with access to a reliable internet connection, computer, webcam, and headset
