Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in Nebraska
We are hiring a Virtual Speech Language Pathologist who values flexibility, innovation, and student-centered care. This role involves providing direct therapy services online, maintaining detailed progress notes, and creating therapy plans that reflect each student’s unique strengths and needs. You will also have opportunities to work closely with school teams and provide input on strategies that enhance student communication across learning environments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Current Nebraska Teaching Certification and Licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
