Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in Wisconsin
Join a progressive team of virtual educators as our new Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher. This remote role allows for meaningful connection and instruction through video conferencing and digital resources. Ideal candidates have a strong understanding of early intervention, transition planning, and the social-emotional needs of students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Current Wisconsin Teaching Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:

- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours (dependent on contractor experience/district budget)

We’re currently seeking a licensed Virtual DHH Teacher to support students across various states. You’ll deliver instruction remotely, using tools like ASL, speech reading, captioning, and auditory strategies to ensure full engagement. Collaboration with parents, audiologists, and IEP teams is a central part of this role.
