Remote School-Based SLP (Full-Time) Virginia
VocoVision is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist licensed in Virginia to support K–12 students in a virtual school setting through the end of the academic year. This position requires an SLP who is confident managing an active caseload, maintaining compliance, and collaborating remotely with school teams to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
This role is not suited for clinicians seeking part-time or flexible scheduling. Candidates must be available for consistent school-day hours and ready to assume responsibility for therapy, evaluations, and documentation immediately.
Responsibilities

Provide full-time direct and indirect speech-language services virtually

Manage an assigned caseload in accordance with IEP service minutes

Complete evaluations, progress reports, and eligibility documentation

Participate in virtual IEP meetings and team planning sessions

Maintain accurate, timely documentation and service logs

Implement evidence-based therapy strategies using digital tools

Support general education teachers with communication strategies and accommodations

Communicate professionally with families, staff, and administrators
Requirements (Strict)

Active Virginia SLP license (required at time of submission)

CCC-SLP required; CFs will not be considered

Minimum 1–2 years of school-based experience strongly preferred

Strong working knowledge of IEP processes and compliance

Ability to work full-time without concurrent school contracts

Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems
