Remote School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Delaware

Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual therapy services to K–12 students across Delaware. This remote opportunity allows you to make a lasting impact while working from home with the support of an experienced and collaborative school-based team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students through teletherapy

  • Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to promote student success

  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Position Details:

  • Full-time or part-time options available

  • 100% remote

  • Caseload details discussed during the interview

  • Training and technical support provided

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Delaware SLP license

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

  • School-based or teletherapy experience preferred

  • Comfortable using technology and virtual platforms for therapy
