Responsibilities

Provide individualized speech and language therapy to K–12 students through engaging one-on-one and small group virtual sessions.

Conduct thorough online assessments to identify student needs and develop targeted intervention plans.

Write, implement, and monitor IEPs in alignment with Idaho and federal guidelines.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and IEP compliance.

Participate in virtual IEP and eligibility meetings as an active team member.

Use secure, interactive teletherapy platforms to keep sessions dynamic and effective.
Requirements
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Idaho SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
-
2+ years of school-based experience preferred
-
Strong knowledge of IEP development, compliance, and delivery

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
-
Comfort and confidence using teletherapy technology
Technology Requirements

Reliable high-speed internet connection

Laptop or desktop computer (Chromebooks and tablets not supported)
