A Speech-Language Pathologist with a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology is sought for a maternity leave contract within an educational setting in Mount Carmel, IL. This onsite role focuses on delivering speech therapy services primarily to students from grades 3 through 6, with occasional cases in middle and high school levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 40 students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs.
- Collaborate with school personnel to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes.
- Engage in telespeech services as needed to supplement onsite therapy.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license and current CCC in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in grades 3-6.
- Ability to deliver therapy both in person and via telepractice.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability in a school environment.
- Availability to work onsite three days per week, any combination of days between May 4th and May 27th.
- Commitment to session hours from 7:40 AM to 3:10 PM.
