Part-Time Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Remote, West Virginia
Overview:
We’re hiring a part-time remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual services to K–12 students across school districts in West Virginia. This is a flexible, fully remote role — ideal for SLPs looking to supplement their current caseload, transition to teletherapy, or maintain work-life balance while continuing to make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll support a diverse student population with a variety of communication needs — including speech sound disorders, language impairments, fluency issues, and pragmatic/social language challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering direct therapy sessions virtually using a secure platform

Conducting assessments and reevaluations as needed

Writing and maintaining IEPs in collaboration with the student’s team

Tracking student progress and maintaining accurate session notes and data
-
Participating in virtual IEP meetings and team discussions

Collaborating with teachers, families, and school staff to support carryover of skills

Ensuring compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Who We’re Looking For:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active West Virginia SLP license
-
ASHA CCCs required
-
Experience in a K–12 school setting strongly preferred

Familiarity with virtual platforms and comfort working online

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace
