Virtual SLP in MN
Position specialized in speech-language pathology focused on telepractice services for middle and high school students within an educational setting. This role offers a full-time contract commitment from the current school year start until mid-June, delivering essential speech therapy interventions and evaluations primarily through teletherapy platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing speech-language therapy services to approximately 25 students.
- Conducting formal evaluations to assess student communication needs.
- Supervising a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support caseload management.
- Delivering individualized interventions tailored to the linguistic and developmental needs of middle and high school aged learners.
- Collaborating with educational staff to support students' academic communication goals.
Qualifications and experience sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a closely related field.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) with active licensure in Minnesota.
- Minimum of two years of experience delivering teletherapy services in school settings.
- Spanish language proficiency preferred, enhancing communication with diverse student populations.
This position requires a commitment to a five-day, 35-hour workweek, with an anticipated start date as soon as possible and contract conclusion by June 15. The role supports professional growth while making a meaningful impact on student communication success.
