Virtual Minnesota Speech Therapist Job for 2024-2025

Position Overview: Sunbelt is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing virtual network in Minnesota. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide top-notch speech therapy services from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address clients' needs.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
Details:
- Full Time Position
- Guaranteed 40 Hour work weeks
- K-12 Caseload (Specifics given during interview)
- Equal Compensation for Direct and Indirect Services
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or similar from an accredited program.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Minnesota.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school-based setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and technology.
Note: This role is 1099 - Candidate will operate as independent contractors through our Virtual Platform.
