Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver teletherapy services to middle school students with speech and language impairments.
- Manage a caseload consistent with middle school needs, balancing direct and indirect therapy.
- Collaborate with onsite speech-language paraprofessionals and other team members to support student progress.
- Maintain compliance with district policies, including secured fingerprinting and CTC certification.
- Adhere to established documentation and service delivery standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Hold a valid California Speech-Language Pathology Credential (CTC).
- Reside in California to complete district-mandated fingerprinting requirements.
- Experience providing teletherapy or telespeech services preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload remotely with effective organizational skills.
- Knowledge of middle school student communication disorders and related interventions.
Location: San Mateo, CA area (remote service delivery via teletherapy with local residency requirement)
Contract Duration: Current school year through June 12, 2026
