School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Fully Remote, Delaware
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Delaware. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping students improve their communication skills to support both academic success and social development. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a Clinical Fellow (CF) seeking supervision and mentorship, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from PreK through 12th grade.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) following Delaware Department of Education (DOE) and federal guidelines.

Provide direct therapy services in individual and/or group settings.

Maintain timely and accurate documentation for evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress monitoring.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams to support student outcomes.

Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and other student support processes.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Valid Delaware Professional License issued by the Delaware Department of Education with an endorsement in Speech-Language Pathology — or eligibility to obtain.

Valid or in-progress licensure through the Delaware Board of Speech/Language Pathologists, Audiologists, and Hearing Aid Dispensers.

School-based or pediatric experience is preferred but not required.

Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
