An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide telespeech services within a K-12 school setting in Scottsdale, AZ. This contract position spans a full semester from ASAP through May 22, 2026, offering 15-20 hours per week focused on supporting students virtually.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver telespeech and teletherapy services to a caseload of 20 students ranging from Pre-K to 8th grade
- Manage case documentation and coordination for 13 additional students requiring case management only
- Collaborate with educational staff to tailor individual speech-language plans that address student needs
- Utilize virtual platforms to conduct thorough assessments and deliver effective speech therapy sessions
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate to promote optimal student outcomes
- Ensure compliance with state and school policies related to speech therapy services and telehealth delivery
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathology license in good standing
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card for working with minors
- Experience in providing teletherapy or telespeech services, preferably in school settings
- Strong organizational skills for managing caseload, documentation, and case management responsibilities
- Effective communication skills to engage students remotely and collaborate with school teams
