Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in Arizona
A leading virtual education provider is hiring a Special Education Teacher who is passionate about inclusive learning. You’ll plan personalized lessons, communicate effectively with families, and ensure compliance with IEPs. This position offers the perfect balance of flexibility and purpose.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field
- Current Arizona teaching certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours (dependent on contractor experience/district budget)
