Full-Time Remote Speech-Language Pathologist - WI
VocoVision is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide full-time virtual services to K–12 students across Wisconsin. This role supports students with a range of speech and language needs while ensuring continuity of services and compliance throughout the school year. The ideal candidate brings strong school-based experience and is comfortable managing therapy services in a remote learning environment.
In this position, the SLP will collaborate closely with special education teams, classroom teachers, and families to support student communication development. This role requires consistent availability during the school day and the ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities

Provide full-time virtual speech-language therapy aligned with student IEPs

Address articulation, expressive and receptive language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic skills

Conduct speech-language evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

Monitor progress toward IEP goals and adjust services as needed

Participate in virtual IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Maintain accurate session notes, progress reports, and service logs

Collaborate with educators to support classroom carryover strategies

Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and recommendations
Requirements

Active Wisconsin SLP license
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

ASHA CCC-SLP preferred

Prior K–12 school-based experience required

Comfort delivering therapy via telepractice platforms

Availability during standard school hours
