As an integral member of our teletherapy team, you’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver customized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Assess speech, language, and fluency disorders; develop and carry out customized IEPs for each student.
- Provide direct therapy services and adjust treatment plans based on student progress.
- Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to support communication development.
- Screen for issues, keep organized records, and engage in collaborative meetings.
- Advocate for students, offer training, and stay updated on the latest practices.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Alabama Teaching Certification required
- Alabama SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
