California Speech-Language Pathologist Position Virtual Opportunity
Position Summary

Primary Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive virtual speech and language assessments to pinpoint student needs.

Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique goals.

Lead dynamic teletherapy sessions in both one-on-one and group settings that inspire progress.

Collaborate closely with educators, families, and school teams to support student success.

Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans with data-driven insights.

Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing expert clinical recommendations to guide team decisions.
What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Valid California SLP license.
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

Preferred: At least two years of school-based experience.

Comfortable and confident using digital platforms to deliver virtual therapy.

Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Reliable, high-speed internet connection.

Desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported).

Successful completion of a quick technical screening to ensure platform compatibility.
