Remote Speech Language Pathologist in MA

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech services within a school setting in Lawrence, MA. This role focuses on delivering remote speech therapy sessions to support students’ communication development and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations via telespeech platforms.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, and communication goals.
- Provide virtual therapy sessions tailored to student needs, ensuring engagement and progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy goals within the student’s educational program.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, progress, and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in virtual meetings and professional development related to telespeech methodologies.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience delivering speech therapy services through telepractice.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development disorders.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with educational settings and individualized education plans (IEPs) is preferred.
