About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services to K–12 students across Michigan. As an independent contractor, you will play a key role in helping students reach their communication and language goals—all in a flexible, fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services via secure teletherapy platform

Conduct virtual evaluations, screenings, and progress assessments

Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans in collaboration with school teams
-
Participate in IEP and team meetings as required

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Current Michigan SLP License (required)
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
-
Minimum 2 years of school-based experience preferred (teletherapy experience a plus)

Excellent communication, organization, and technology skills
-
Self-motivated and comfortable managing a virtual caseload
