Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in Nebraska
Make a difference in students’ lives from anywhere! Our fully remote K–12 school is looking for a Teacher for the Visually Impaired to offer expert instruction, develop accessible materials, and support the unique learning goals of each student in a digital environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Nebraska SLP license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours (dependent on contractor experience/district budget)
