The essence of your role is providing client-centered care in a remote setting. You will be responsible for establishing a therapeutic relationship with clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their journey. This includes building rapport virtually, creating a safe space for therapy, and offering encouragement and guidance to motivate clients to work toward their speech and language goals.
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current WA SLP license (CCCs)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
• Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
• No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
• 1099 Position
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours
• Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours
• $45-55/hr depending on district budget/candidate experience)
• School hours
• Clinical/Technical Team on standby
