About the Opportunity
Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking for a rewarding way to support students—without the commute? We’re seeking a licensed and enthusiastic SLP to join our virtual team, providing high-quality teletherapy services to K–12 students throughout Texas. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while making a real impact on students’ communication development, academic achievement, and social growth. What You’ll Do

Perform thorough virtual evaluations of speech and language needs

Design and implement customized IEPs aligned with student goals and abilities

Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions individually or in small groups

Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress

Track and document student outcomes, adjusting approaches as needed

Attend IEP meetings and provide professional input as part of the educational team
What You Bring
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active SLP license in the state of Texas
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
-
Preferred: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school-based environment

Comfortable with digital tools and delivering therapy in a virtual setting

Excellent communication skills and a student-focused mindset
