Key Responsibilities:
- Provide teletherapy services to students with speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students' needs and IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for each student.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and assessments.
- Help students improve articulation, language skills, fluency, and overall communication.
- Attend virtual IEP meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to support students' speech and language development.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Missouri.
- Experience with teletherapy is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and staff remotely.
- Knowledge of speech-language therapy practices and standards for educational settings.
