Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about helping students communicate, learn, and succeed — all from the comfort of your home? We’re seeking skilled and compassionate virtual clinicians to support K–12 students across Texas for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year.
This is a fully remote, 1099 contract position — ideal for SLPs who want flexibility, professional independence, and the chance to make a real difference in students’ lives through virtual therapy.
What You’ll Do:

Provide direct, evidence-based speech-language therapy to K–12 students in a virtual setting.

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments aligned with each student’s IEP goals.

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with IDEA and Texas Education Agency (TEA) standards.

Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and special education teams to support academic and social progress.

Attend virtual ARD/IEP meetings, complete documentation, and maintain compliance with Texas Education Code requirements.

Utilize interactive online therapy platforms and digital tools to create engaging, effective sessions.
What You’ll Need:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a regionally accredited university - REQUIRED

Active Texas license issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) — REQUIRED.

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) — REQUIRED.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school-based setting — REQUIRED.

Strong understanding of IDEA, IEP development, and Texas school-based service delivery standards.

Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.

Reliable high-speed internet and a professional, distraction-free home workspace.
